|Recurring Event (See all)

The San Diego County Library in Vista is proud to sponsor a public event to inform local and extended community members about human trafficking. The commercial sexual exploitation of children (CSEC) and men and women is a global criminal enterprise, with a devastating affect on all who are enslaved, many of whom are right in our own back yard. Featured speakers: Kaye Van Nevel, Soroptimist International Vista and North County Inland; Jaimee Johnson, Founder, Sisters of the Streets; Susan Johnson, Director and co-Founder Alabaster Jar Project and Grace House. There will be information tables from North County Lifeline’s Project Life, Women’s Resource Center, and others.
